How to prevent abuse of our refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products, it is particularly easy to misuse our generous refund policy. That is the reason we must have few limitations to our 14-day refund policy:

After the publishing, if you still want a refund, we'll be happy to grant one.
- Let's say a buyer orders a number of items in a single order and requests a refund straight away. In that situation, we view his actions as being too different from our typical consumer, and we feel that he is abusing our goodwill. In certain situations, we shall examine download log data from clients and base refund judgments accordingly.
